Payment can be made by cash, debit/credit cards, or checks. Fees will be due in full at the time of service, except in cases when a third-party payer is involved.
I do not accept insurance at this time, but I will provide you with a receipt for the services rendered upon request. This will be in the form of a superbill that can be provided for out of network insurance reimbursement. Some insurers may not reimburse clients for mental health services provided by out of network providers. Please contact your insurance provider ahead of time to verify how your plan compensates you for mental health services.
If you cannot come for your scheduled counseling appointment and have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to half of the scheduled appointment rate. This fee will be due at your next session.
